2019 CR-V Jim goes "above and beyond" in his salesmanship. Motor Werks is lucky to have him!! This is my second Honda lease. Honda Pilot Elite Is Working Great Jim did a good job of explaining all the features of the Pilot Elite, and there are many. The Elite has all the features that Honda offers in the Pilo Jim did a good job of explaining all the features of the Pilot Elite, and there are many. The Elite has all the features that Honda offers in the Pilot model. He should have pulled the car into the little car port on the east side of the show room so he would not have had to stand outside in the snow while explaining the controls. More

2015 Honda Accord Beats Expectations Compared to most people I know, I am a decisive know what I want person. Because of this I make the car buying process as quick as possible. I had fou Compared to most people I know, I am a decisive know what I want person. Because of this I make the car buying process as quick as possible. I had found a 2016 Honda Accord on the Motorwerks website. It had very low miles and was in my price range. About a week later I decided to go in to test drive the car but unfortunately by that time the car had been sold. Jim quickly showed me on his computer a 2015 Honda Accord with around the same miles and a color I happened to like more. We took the car on a test drive and it drove like I hoped it would. Having driven a Civic for 10 years I was used to the way that felt and wanted something that would feel the same. After returning I decided to purchase the car and we sorted out the paper work. It was well passed closing time at this point but I felt no rush to be out the door. I work late so coming in right before closing is all I could do. I received finance help from David Pasula who was also very helpful and courteous. I would recommend Jim and David to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

2019 Pilot Elite Had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2019 Pilot Elite with Jim Rubey. Jim was a delight to work with and very professional. I also worked with Diana Had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2019 Pilot Elite with Jim Rubey. Jim was a delight to work with and very professional. I also worked with Diana Ramirez. I found Diana to be wonderful and a great first contact via the web. She really finalized the deal from USAA car buying and Jim executed it. Only experience I had where I felt should have been better was on the dealership end. This is the second Honda we purchased in the last two years with Motor Werks. However, when asked if there is any Loyalty perk I was disappointing to hear there is not. They did "upgrade" our car wash package. But we hardly use this feature and feel its not valuable. I was looking for a direct discount or some free all season mats. Was not looking for a big mark down... just something that says thanks for all the business and we appreciate you. More

Working for us a fortune 250 company I understand what customer service is and I understand service goes a long way along with price. I was working with two other sales people at two other dealers and I’m not the easiest person to work with at times and Jim was truly fantastic he took his time to answer my questions, he let me test drive multiple vehicles he truly worked with me and made my decision a lot easier .
