Went here to purchase a vehicle because I had a good experience buying my 2020 Sante Fe from them back in 2019. As soon as the first set of numbers where presented to me I was ready to leave. They had t experience buying my 2020 Sante Fe from them back in 2019. As soon as the first set of numbers where presented to me I was ready to leave. They had the price of the MSRP and then right under that number freight charge. The freight charge is already in the MSRP price. they tried charging double for freight to put money in their pockets, I pointed it out right away and told the salesman. He goes and tells me oh sorry that's a mistake I will have finance fix it. No that's not a mistake, you guys do this daily. If you make it that blatant obvious to screw someone, even if you fix your "mistake" I do not want to continue with numbers and play find the hidden numbers game. I walked out and went elsewhere and purchased my "RARE AND HARD TO FIND" car at another dealer the was straight to the point with everything. Hogs get fat, Pigs get slaughtered I understand you have to make money but when you do it to screw customers you will start to loose customers and word will get out. Lost a returning customer and gave your business to another dealer. More

This is the most unprofessional dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with. The GM, Mike Meha, allowed an employee to smoke in our brand new car, then said we were lying About the smoke smell, even after have ever dealt with. How they are still in business is beyond me. More

Professional Sales & Service Team I scheduled a routine oil change for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra on 11-10-14. I received a call one day later from Rob indicating that Chris Mandelke wan I scheduled a routine oil change for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra on 11-10-14. I received a call one day later from Rob indicating that Chris Mandelke wanted to talk to me regarding possibly trading in my vehicle. I did my homework on my vehicle shortly after the call and figured that because of the car's value, that it wouldn't be financially feasable for me to trade in the vehicle. I still decided to go ahead and listen to what Chris had to offer. I was surprised that he gave me a very generous offer on the trade in. He explained that since they knew my vehicle's history ( since it had been serviced there) and the cost of transporting a used vehicle that they would have purchased from auction, that he could afford to make a very good offer on my trade-in. Chris and Igor were very professional salespeople who clearly explained everything in the negotiation process. It was the easiest trade-in that I have ever made because of their professionalism. Everything went so smoothly from oil-change to trade-in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or refer Elgin Hyundai to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle. Had my first oil change on my 2013 Azera today, and had them check a minor tire issue. Jim Selig listened to my description of the issue, and had the tech do a full road force balance as a courtesy to me. them check a minor tire issue.
