Disappointed. Scheduled an oil change appointment via phone a week prior. Upon arrival I was advised that I was not on the schedule. My appointment time was 8:30 am. I called at 1200 to get an update and was advised they couldn't provide a status of my vehicle. I finally got a call that my vehicle was done at 5:30. 9 hours for an oil change from a business that doesn't require an appointment is unacceptable, especially when an appointment is made. I'm just glad I didn't wait for the vehicle. More
