They had my car for almost a month waiting on a part. When I asked for a loaner I was told they had a loaner program but none were available…. For a month no loaners were available. Jeep reimburses you f When I asked for a loaner I was told they had a loaner program but none were available…. For a month no loaners were available. Jeep reimburses you for rental cars which is fine for a few days. I had to use $1500 of my own money and now wait a month to get a reimbursement check. I don’t have that kind of money, especially around the holidays. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told he was “unavailable.” More
