Appt was for 10:)) AM. for Roof chrome recall, State inspection and yearly oil change. confirmed with service consultant that emissions test not required. Waited 3 hours for Roof chrome recall, State inspection and yearly oil change. confirmed with service consultant that emissions test not required. Waited 3 hours for all to be accomplished. Only checked the entire billing receipt when I arrived home and found I had been charged $50.00 for emissions??? Should I return to S Hills Kia for future work??? More

Scheduled an appointment with John for 9:00. Arrived promptly on time but needed to wait with everyone who showed up for nonscheduled appointments. Also, made repeated calls to John to follow up on an issue with the windshield but we NEVER received return call. Would not buy car from this dealership if we knew they had such poor communications. Overall the buying experience at Kia was very straight-forward. Leigh-Anne, our salesperson, was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, definitely more than any other salespers straight-forward.
