Been there tuesday for oil change and was completed with a report of my battery 12V good. Then thursday morning my car won’t start power train due to low battery of 12V. Bought starter kit to jump start my a report of my battery 12V good. Then thursday morning my car won’t start power train due to low battery of 12V. Bought starter kit to jump start my car and go to honda. Been there 11:30am and i was finish at 04:30pm stayed there for 5hrs waiting for the advance battery check and replacement of one of my Mag wheel. Ended up needed to change my 12V battery. I dont know if that was a fast service for waiting for 5hrs for the service. Then just found out that my radiator coolant was on minimum level I dont know if its ok to stay like that or it need to be in atleast between the minimum and maximum mark. Any way service was done and still thankful. More

Quoted wrong for labor. Paid double because the tech is slow. Lady from service dept even told me he was slow. Had 8 am appointment and dropped it off early. Showed up at 12:30 and it had still not been taken back for the service to happen. Little disappointed as it could have been way worse if I didn’t have a work vehicle. There seems to be some working there now that are disgruntled. I get that but it should not be talked about in front of customers. It should be mentioned that I was patient with everyone even though I was a bit disappointed. Not sure if I will bring my car back there again or not. More

New car owner Not only did jt Bradley our salesman get us in one vehicle we got put in two vehicles... Every employee was super friendly!! And Jim went over and bey Not only did jt Bradley our salesman get us in one vehicle we got put in two vehicles... Every employee was super friendly!! And Jim went over and beyond the limit to get both our vehicle deals worked out!!! Amazingly experience highly recommend them and will definitely shop with them again!! Only recommendations is a more kid friendly room with some toys!!! More

ON MARCH 8, 2014 WE PURCHASED A 2014 HONDA CRV FROM JOHN HOWERTON HONDA IN BECKLEY WV. PJ HAMBRICK CONTACTED US REGARDING AN EMAIL THAT WE SENT INQUIRING ABOUT THE CRV, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL HOWERTON HONDA IN BECKLEY WV. PJ HAMBRICK CONTACTED US REGARDING AN EMAIL THAT WE SENT INQUIRING ABOUT THE CRV, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN HELPING US MAKE OUR DECISION IN WHICH MODEL WE WANTED . TRACY SIMMS WAS THE SALES PERSON AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WE HAD. SHE WAS VERY GOOD ON HELPING US SET EVERYTHING UP IN THE VEHICLE AS WELL. WE COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER SALES PERSON. JIM COPENHAVER WHICH IS THE SALES MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US WITH FIGURES AND OUR TRADE IN. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT WORKING WITH US ON THE AMOUNT THAT WE WANTED TO PAY FOR THE CRV AND THE AMOUNT THAT WE WANTED ON OUR TRADE-IN. FELICIA GORRELL WORKED WITH US IN FINANCE ON GETTING ALL OF THE PAPER WORK DONE AND HELPED US CHOOSE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT WE NEEDED THERE WAS NO SURPRISES, EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. . JIM WAY IN SERVICE INSTALLED THE ADDITIONAL PACKAGE THAT WE PURCHASED EXACTLY AS IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AND WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH JOHN HOWERTON HONDA WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!! WE HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST 3 PHONE CALLS FROM EVERYONE CHECKING TO SEE IF WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR AND EVERYTHING IS OK, THIS HAS TO BE THE SMOOTHEST TRANSACTION IN BUYING A CAR WE HAVE HAD, IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR WITHOUT ALL THE DRAMA GO TO JOHN HOWERTON.
