I really had not planned on purchasing on Saturday. I just wanted to test drive the 3.0 Turbo Duramax and get a feel for it. However, John Kinsell provided great customer service and the rest of the sta just wanted to test drive the 3.0 Turbo Duramax and get a feel for it. However, John Kinsell provided great customer service and the rest of the staff there worked seamlessly giving me the ins and outs with trading that day. Having been to several other dealerships already McKenzie Motors gave me the best trade-in offer for my old truck without any haggling. Side story, the first "new" truck I ever bought was at McKenzie Motors back in 1986(35 years ago), a brown Chevy Scottsdale, stepside. It was a great experience then with a salesman named Joe Caminitti and a great experience with John Kinsell today with the help of Jim. More

Mike “Woody” Norwood talked with me and helped me trade in my old car for a new Buick. He kept in contact tact with me and walked me through the process and was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable an in my old car for a new Buick. Had an Awesome Sales Rep., Justin M. Everyone their was nice and approachable and made small talk with me while I was waiting.
