I purchased a new truck in 2021 with the service contract. I have been disappointed with similar situations on multiple different occasions where scheduled oil changes take 3 hours despite an inaccu contract. I have been disappointed with similar situations on multiple different occasions where scheduled oil changes take 3 hours despite an inaccurate ETA of 1-1.5 hours with no update or explanation on the delay until I go out and ask how much longer and they inaccurately say 15 more minutes until it’s done another hour later. Multiple point inspections are not thorough as one time something will be “yellow” meaning needing attention soon, then the next time it’s green without any addressing of the issue (ie brakes). They’re more concerned about removing bad reviews than actually fixing/addressing the problem because this keeps happening to me. I wish I never got the service contract through them and will not be using them for future vehicles/services again. More

I have been taking my car for service at Ewald for 10 years now and unfortunately this this I was disappointed. I was notified by a text message that my inspection was completed and I was able to view th years now and unfortunately this this I was disappointed. I was notified by a text message that my inspection was completed and I was able to view the inspection report online. I did look at it but I figured that someone would call me to go over it. After about an hour without hearing from anyone I called to see if someone could go over the report with me. They did and I agreed to the services. Then when the services were complete I just got a text message that it was done. No one called me. When I went to go pick up my car again no one went over anything with me. The service man at the desk did say my car was completed and the paperwork was with the cashier. It would have been nice to have someone go over it with me especially since my service was expensive. With the new text messaging system it seems they have gone away with the customer service part. I am disappointed that their quality of customer service has gone away. Unfortunately even though I have been taking my car here for 10 years I might have to look for somewhere to get service. More
