Even with the ongoing pandemic, Jimmy made things very easy. I had done a lot of research ahead of time so I mostly knew what I wanted. I arrived the first afternoon, and he had the car ready with AC easy. I had done a lot of research ahead of time so I mostly knew what I wanted. When the exact one I liked wasn’t there he walked me through the various vehicles in stock and what features I wanted or didn’t need. I had put one on hold that day but when it seemed like it would take a while (port delivery furlough issues) he quickly looked for other close options, and the next morning I had a car. It was probably one of the faster car buying experiences. The longest part was actually getting my car insurance squared away while they waited. Once I had the car, he walked me through a lot of the features and showed me how to use them. Great experience! Thanks again! More
