Jimmy was the best salesperson I had dealt with during the time I spent looking for my A7. He was knowledgeable, honest, professional and upfront. Best of all he treated me with respect and was thoughtful of my time. Some other salespersons hadn’t been! Jimmy and the team at Audi Bethesda provided quick hassle free prices on both the trade in of my Q7 and purchase of a new A7. When they quoted me a price on the A7, it was better than any of the other prices I had been given. I feel I got a great deal on my A7! Decided I wanted to trade in my Altima, KBB appraised at $9500, I just wanted $9k at the least. Dealer lowballed the heck out of me at $6k, wouldn't go past $8k later. I decided to leave, but on my way home, I decided to call Jimmy Alegre at Audi Bethesda on a whim. I told Jimmy the ridiculous experience I just had and wanted to see what he could do. Right off the bat, I knew this was going to be a great experience when I shook his hand. Jimmy was extremely professional, courteous, and upfront--best of all he treated me with respect and provided transparency which the other place didn't. It was simply like talking to a friend. He asked what I wanted, I explained, and he said let me see if I can work this out for you. Within 10-15 minutes, Jimmy came back with two offers, one of them being the exact deal which I requested. Without request, Simone the Sales Manager even came by to explain about the two offers, and what was doable--I love the initiative. Took a short test drive and was ready to sign the paperwork. Alex the finance manager was also fun to work with and I was in and out in 10 minutes. These people at Audi Bethesda don't just want to sell you a car, they want to help you every way possible from getting a good deal, ease of communication, and being friendly and honest. Truly, this was the best car buy experience I've ever had. It all started with Jimmy, so thank you Jimmy for setting the first stone in the path to a great purchasing experience. I’ve contacted various dealer but Audi BETHESDA was able to have the allocations. My initial sales rep was giving me doubts, but when Jimmy Alegre took over he made sure all my issues are resolved. Jimmy followed through with my questions with care, he kept me informed of the delivery process on a weekly basis. Eventually I was able to receive my vehicle earlier than my expectations. Once the vehicle arrived, Armon and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful that I was able to celebrate and renew the memory of my first RS3 delivery... Overall, I would suggest friends and family to visit Audi BETHESDA for any future purchases, of course Jimmy would be the one to recommend also! More
