Most effective Audi Dealer I tried for 2 months to buy a new 2019 A7 , and had to chase the salesman and visit the local dealer 3 times , without success. I tried 2 others in ne I tried for 2 months to buy a new 2019 A7 , and had to chase the salesman and visit the local dealer 3 times , without success. I tried 2 others in near locations, Aldo without success. Only Jimmy, from Audi Bethesda persisted until he found the car I wanted. He worked with me and handled all details, so I could buy it and pick it up. I live 260 miles away! He kindly picked me up at the airport and drove me to his dealership. Thanks so much Jimmy! Rob C. New Q7 Jimmy was awesome! He worked with our needs, stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process (all 2 days) and didn’t blow up our phone to try Jimmy was awesome! Great Experience I purchased a 2019 Audi A4. I was extremely happy with the service I received from my salesperson Jimmy Alegre as well as from Alex who did the paperw I purchased a 2019 Audi A4. I was extremely happy with the service I received from my salesperson Jimmy Alegre as well as from Alex who did the paperwork. Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable and made the car-buying experience a pleasant one. After I purchased the car, Jimmy spent quite a bit of time going through all its features and providing useful information. He even offered to spend more time with me later if I wanted. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent. More

Five Star Service at Audi Bethesda My husband and I had exceptional service from Audi Bethesda. We were at the end of a 3 year lease which actually had been done through another dealer My husband and I had exceptional service from Audi Bethesda. We were at the end of a 3 year lease which actually had been done through another dealership. I reached out to Audi Bethesda because I did not get a return call from the other dealership. They promptly answered all of our questions about turning in the car, extending the lease, and buying the car. We ultimately decided to buy the car and Jimmy Alegre and Alex Garcia were our team that processed the transaction. It took no time at all and went seamlessly. Highly recommend Audi Bethesda. More

continued awesome service by Audi Bethesda - sales this time I specifically went to Audi Bethesda since they have provided service on my pre-owned vehicle for over 5 years at the River Road Service Center. This I specifically went to Audi Bethesda since they have provided service on my pre-owned vehicle for over 5 years at the River Road Service Center. This time, I was in the market for another replacement pre-owned vehicle, and Jimmy Alegre with the Sales Team took excellent care of me! He shared with me that assuring my satisfaction with the sale and the vehicle were his top priorities - and he delivered! I believe I received a top value for the vehicle I purchased, and the vehicle's features were presented thoroughly by Jimmy through the sales process. Thanks Jimmy and Audi Bethesda! More

My wife, son, and I had an amazing buying experience there. We were able to test drive few cars, my son was able to play with some Audi employees, and my wise and I were very lucky to meet Jimmy Alegre. Jimmy no only knows very well Audi cars inside out but he is also so kind, patient, and friendly. Jimmy took all the time to show us each car, explained advantages and disadvantages, and most important all safety features. We were very pleased with Audi Bethesda’s team and now we’re so happy to be part of Audi family! More
