We appreciate you reaching out. In regards to the old change price, as we discussed this afternoon, the increase in the price of synthetic oil has made it impossible for us to stay at the same rate we had before. This is a nation-wide issue and we are simply keeping up with industry standards, while trying to do the best thing for our clients at the same time. We apologize for the steep increase but it is across the board, not just at our dealership. We do apologize for the oversight of your battery on the inspection report and will address this with the advisor. We were trying to complete the services on your car in the time frame that you required this afternoon and while rushing to make this happen, the battery status was overlooked before presenting you the inspection sheet. Your advisor is a new hire and still learning. This is not an excuse, but hopefully you can understand how mistakes like this are going to happen from time to time while somebody is learning the trade. We do appreciate your business and hope we can do business with you in the future.

Popped my hood open today to check my oil and found the battery clamp/ holder not on my battery but next to it ... they charged me 49.00 to install a battery and didnt finish the job ... guess i will need to go behind them each time i come in ... smh
