I was laid up for 3 weeks then was forced to start looking for a car. We went every where it seemed and test drove a lot of cars. Although we were looking for a used car because of trying not to have a car payment, we had heard from a friend of a great salesman whom she spoke highly of, named James Consolino, whom helped them with a purchase. We were not planning to buy a new car much less a new Hyundai, sorry, I didn't know anything about them. Then we met James. Not only was he helpful but he really cared about us as people. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt pressured. We truly for the first time ever had a great experience in the process of buying a car and we have been married 34 yrs. so there have been cars and dealerships that we have had to deal with. We have told out friends about him, the dealership and how much we love our new car. I traded in my BMW 325i for a Toyota Camry Solara convertible at Napleton's Hyundai, and believe I get a good price on the car I purchased, along with excellent service from my sales consultant, Jame convertible at Napleton's Hyundai, and believe I get a good price on the car I purchased, along with excellent service from my sales consultant, James Consolino. A new salesperson, Dane, was assisting Jimmy, and he programmed my iPhone into the Bluetooth feature and also showed me how to program my garage door opener feature on the driver's side visor. Jamal Black was the finance manager, and he made quick work of getting all the paperwork done, so I could make an appointment. A week after I purchased the car, I went back to the dealership to drop off some paperwork they needed, and they washed my car for me and had it looking spotless before I left. I would recommend this dealership because of the attention and service afforded my by these people. More
