I could not have had a worse experience, the lack of communication between the sales staff was horrible. I’ve had a brand new car for 2 weeks, have returned to the dealer 3 times, to still not have a fl communication between the sales staff was horrible. I had a fabulous experience leasing my 2021 Kia Sportage at Cherry Hill Kia. All staff were super friendly, and Jay was easy to work with and listened to my car needs and financial bottom line. They took my at Cherry Hill Kia. All staff were super friendly, and Jay was easy to work with and listened to my car needs and financial bottom line. They took my current lease off my hands and had me in a brand new car (with a cheaper payment!) in less than 3 hours! I couldn’t recommend this dealership more. More

The team answered all of my questions and if I didn’t under they took their time until I completely understood the whole process as this was my first time buying a car on my own. We just left this horrible dealership after sitting for 45 minutes with all kinds of sales people walking by us. I made an appointment the previous day and we walked into the dealership and were completel 45 minutes with all kinds of sales people walking by us. I made an appointment the previous day and we walked into the dealership and were completely ignored for about 5 minutes which was shocking. Then a salesman named Mike asked if we needed help and I told him I was told to ask for Adam or Jimmy. He said Adam was off, but Jimmy was here and he sat us in Jimmy's area. Jimmy didn't even bother to come over, but another gentleman checked us in and we told him the vehicle we were interested in. He said there was 2 people ahead of us and he would get us help as soon as possible. Then my husband heard Jimmy say to this other fellow "Can you can them out of there so I can use my desk". My husband was really mad that a manager had that attitude. After sitting there for 45 minutes we were told that the vehicle we were interested in was sold last night and was obviously no longer available. FYI they are not following the mask mandate in this location. All the people in the employees only room were not wearing a mask and 1 employee came in from the outside without one and stuck a cigarette in his mouth and went outside. Super unprofessional. My Dad was a car salesman for 30 years and he would have not put up with this stuff. More
