Finance dept. very disappointing. Turner’s review of paperwork was FAST. In area of service and maintenance/warranty purchases the amount was not as he quoted! In review when I got home I had signed up paperwork was FAST. In area of service and maintenance/warranty purchases the amount was not as he quoted! In review when I got home I had signed up for $2000 and had been told 699. Which I repeated to him. My fault I guess for trusting his word instead of slowly reviewing each line BEFORE I signed! Hopefully these items will not be worthless paper! Jimmy Hendrix was a joy. Very attentive and courteous. More

Jimmy H was the best!! From the test drive of a telluride to the week wait for my brand new one to get delivered to walking me through all the bells and whistles.... he was patient, kind, and was always ther to the week wait for my brand new one to get delivered to walking me through all the bells and whistles.... he was patient, kind, and was always there to answer any questions I had! And Chris, in finance, was great too! Everyone from the front desk girl to the general manager were all friendly and made us feel like this was the right place to purchase our new car!!
