Highly Recommend! Everyone went out of their way to make me happy! I went in to get a replacement for my Kia Optima SXL, which I dearly loved! Kia no longer makes the SXL and the top of the optima line stop me happy! I went in to get a replacement for my Kia Optima SXL, which I dearly loved! Kia no longer makes the SXL and the top of the optima line stops at the SX. I foolishly bought the SX without looking it over properly or test driving. It’s a nice car don’t get me wrong, but just was not a level up from my SXL. I bought during this stressful Covid time and got home and was just not satisfied. My bad luck, a flying rock hit my brand new windshield and broke it! I took the car back by to talk to them about getting the windshield replaced and confessed to Levar in service that I was just not 100% with my new purchase. Levar brought in Mike the GM and he and Jimmy immediately set about finding a car that was at the level of luxury and technology that I wanted. They suggested the Kia Cadenza and it is exactly what I was looking for! They made it super easy for me to trade the new Optima out for the Cadenza and gave me a great deal! Not one time did anyone ever make me feel bad about my mistake. They simply all worked together to make me happy! Jimmy, Mike and Levar! Sales, Management and Service! By the time I finished up there, I think everyone in the place knew who I was and they all seemed genuinely happy that I was happy! I have been doing business with them since 2013 and every time I walk in the door, I am treated as a priority! This is my second car with this dealership and I am over the moon!
