Jimmy was great from the start. He was well informed about the vehicle and all of its features. This being my first car purchase he made me feel confident and comfortable. I bought a certified used vehicle on 12/26/20. This is the first Toyota I have ever had, and I am excited! Jimmy Htun was very helpful and friendly! He actually made the VERY stressful situation of having the first Toyota I have ever had, and I am excited! Jimmy Htun was very helpful and friendly! He actually made the VERY stressful situation of having my previous car totaled and having to buy a new car much LESS stressful. Most car salespeople I have encountered in the past pressured me to buy a car right away (e.g. offering deals that only last through the day, etc.). Jimmy wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the process. There was no pressure at all. Jimmy also paid attention to detail (making sure the car was washed and had a full tank of gas) and followed up with me after the sale. Longo Toyota is enforcing mask wearing, employees disinfected tables and chairs, and some parts of the transaction were conducted outside in a tent (with plexiglass between us and the salesperson). They need your car insurance card and a driver license before you can test drive a vehicle. Due to COVID-19, salespeople are not able to ride along for a test drive. More

Jimmy was of great help and made my car shopping experience a great one. Everything was straight up and clear. I was an ex-employee and he treated me like I still worked here. Management was a very experience a great one. Everything was straight up and clear. I was an ex-employee and he treated me like I still worked here. Management was a very helpful with my deal as well. I bought extended warranty for a low mileage Camry Hybrid so I’ll be covered by Longo Toyota for a long time. More
