Wonderful dealership and staff James was an amazing salesperson. He listened to all of my needs and fulfilled every promise. He was very professional and polite. He made my wife and I feel like family. James even called me after we returned home to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and our experience at their store. The general sales manager Rich and the finance manager Mike were also wonderful and great to deal with. Everyone kept checking on us to make sure everything was going smooth during the entire transaction. All of the staff members were very friendly. Joel who is also a salesperson, came over to congratulate us on our purchase and thank us for our business. Everyone made us feel like family. They treated my wife and I like we were the most important customers in the world. Almost every staff member congratulated us on our purchase and kept asking if we needed anything like a drink, coffee, etc. They all went out of their way to make us feel appreciated. Princeton Landrover = Blue Chip Dealer! Second purchase from this dealer- phenomenal service from Jimmy! I wanted a very specific feature on my new RR and he absolutely went above and beyo Second purchase from this dealer- phenomenal service from Jimmy! I wanted a very specific feature on my new RR and he absolutely went above and beyond to try to make me happy. Although it took time to find the right vehicle, there was nothing but patience, zero pressure and a sincere desire to make sure I was happy. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, easy going and trust worthy. I had a major issue with my original car which was out of warranty. I was left stranded in the middle of the night, took an Uber home, car towed to dealer the next day. While I've had a generally great 3 years with my Sport, this was extreme and unacceptable and I was sincerely prepared to never purchase a LandRover again. However, Princeton LandRover, upon learning what happened, came to my aid in an impressive manner. The General Manager, Stephen Bergamo, personally delivered a loaner to my home on a Saturday. He was very understanding of how I felt and arranged for me to look at other brands. I received calls from 3 different GM's and test drove their vehicles. In the end, the care I received from Princeton LandRover merited my staying with the brand. One more note: Servicing vehicle is outstanding as well! Getting an appointment and a loaner is usually very easy, and your car is turned around quickly. Also, you never walk away thinking they are suggesting service your car doesn't actually need. Steve Cronin is always super helpful, and was especially instrumental in getting costs covered on the last out of warranty service! A+++ More
