Mercedes Benz of Boston continues to provide an exceptional experience when purchasing a used vehicle. After test driving a vehicle that I was initially interested in, I realized that it was not t exceptional experience when purchasing a used vehicle. After test driving a vehicle that I was initially interested in, I realized that it was not the right fit. Salesperson, Eric Ilchenko, assured me he would find me my perfect match. It was clear his goal was to find me a vehicle that met my criteria, rather than pushing me towards any particular make or model. Eric eventually found me exactly what I was interested in purchasing and enlisted the help of Albert Berisha from the Service Department to ensure the vehicle was 100%. Albert personally inspected the vehicle and reviewed its past service history. I credit the General Manager, Jeff Davis, in recruiting and training these outstanding employees that are huge assets to the company. Trust me, this is the 5th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership in six years. I wouldn’t consider buying another car without the advice of Eric, Albert, or Jeff. More
