Service Manager Jimmy Morejon and his service team are the best! They have serviced several Nissans I owned over the past 12 years, and never disappointed me with their services. I was not expecting them to wash and vacuum out the inside of my car. It was a pleasant surprise and the young man that checked in my car was very nice and friendly and I appreciated that as well as I inside of my car. The last oil change done on our was was done at Pearson Nissan Ocala. We decided to take our car to a family friend who owns his own mechanic shop. Before he even attempted to change the oil, he brought my Nissan Ocala. We decided to take our car to a family friend who owns his own mechanic shop. Before he even attempted to change the oil, he brought my husband back to show him the condition of the oil bolt. He told us we should take it back to the dealership because they should have never left it like that in the first place. Our mechanic NEVER TOUCHED anything on the oil bolt with any tools. My husband took it over to Pearson Nissan Ocala and told them what our mechanic said. The gentleman(if you want to call him that) took our car back and looked at it. He then came out and very rudely told my husband to follow him. He then took him back to show him the condition of the bolt and told my husband it was HIS fault. That we did something to it before bringing it. My husband does not work on cars, he works in a hospital. He has no time to just get under a car and mess it up. This gentleman was very rude and would not give my husband a chance to talk. He gave my husband a new oil bolt and said we can fix the issue but you’re paying. We SHOULD NOT have had to pay for their poor mechanic skills. This was not the first time my family, a friend or us have been treated so rudely by a staff member at this dealership. I guess when they hire one of the requirements is having a horrible customer service skill. Run from this place! DO BETTER More
