JC Diaz, Supervisor of Service Department, is excellence personified! Communicating status, explaining what's and why's and listening to and being sensitive and supportive to my needs! He merits way more t personified! Communicating status, explaining what's and why's and listening to and being sensitive and supportive to my needs! He merits way more than 5*. I came into the situation of needing a car repair overwhelmed and daunted with the task. When all was successfully resolved, as I pulled away from the dealership, I felt Happy beyond measure. And trust me, the bill was way more than I anticipated, but the work needed to be done. JC Diaz is the person responsible for the happy resolution with his support of my needs. I have neuropathy and just walking around is quite a challenge. I certainly hope he is appreciated for his excellence. I will check the 5 stars for Service Dept....but Jimmy Morejon is higher up now...I am awarding the 5* to JC Diaz. More

Jimmy made the experience timely, friendly and convenient. The service center was able to pinpoint the problem with my tire and advised me on the right solution.
