This dealership has caused significant damage to my trucks engine, which previously had no leaks. I genuinely believe that many of the positive reviews are artificially inflated by dealership employees trucks engine, which previously had no leaks. I genuinely believe that many of the positive reviews are artificially inflated by dealership employees to enhance their ratings. After they replaced the valves and gasket, I returned my truck due to a leak, and I was led to believe that if I removed my rating, they would rectify the problem they had created. They also failed to inform me potential further issues. I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this establishment for service. Additionally, I must highlight that Jimmy, the service manager, exhibits rudeness and hostile demeanor when confronted about their mistakes. After spending $3,400.00 in just one month, my truck has become worse and unsafe, leading me to vow never to own a Nissan again. Reporting any incidents to Nissan corporate is futile, as they do not prioritize customer concerns. Furthermore, the Service Manager displayed unprofessional behavior by laughing and making dismissive comments towards my 76-year-old mother when she inquired about his laughter, stating it merely in his head and none of her concern. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I typically go to. Sanford sanford infinity for all of my car needs. Long story short my car.Is parked in my driveway.I weigh unable to drive and I now have to tow it to sanford florida to a dealership that I actually trust with mechanics that can actually work on my car. When I describe my situation to the service manager, he mentioned that it was a coincidence today.However his customer service was deplorable More

I have been buying & taking my Nissan Muranos to Pearson Nissan of Ocala for probably about 15 yrs now. Vanessa Dean is my Service Rep. & Jim Morejan the Service Manager. Jim has been with Pearson Nissan of Nissan of Ocala for probably about 15 yrs now. Vanessa Dean is my Service Rep. & Jim Morejan the Service Manager. Jim has been with Pearson Nissan of Ocala for the entire time I have been a client. He has always treated me fair. Vanessa Dean I recently became acquainted with her and will continue to seek her out for any service needed on my vehicle. I can't say enough GOOD about this dealership. I think that Isaac is great and have loved working with him for all these years. My rating of the Dealership is based on the repairs that were recently done to my car. It was supposed to be all fixed and him for all these years. My rating of the Dealership is based on the repairs that were recently done to my car. It was supposed to be all fixed and when I picked it up on July 26, before I even left the service area, the engine light came on...it was then discovered that the transmission was "dead".....How this wasn't checked/found before I picked up the car will forever be a mystery to me.
