Jimmy was our salesperson in purchasing 8 RAV4 Hybrids cars for our community of Sisters in three locations. He was wonderful to with, and came through with every promise. Jimmy was incredibly helpful with answering several questions that I had about MSRP vs invoice, TDA (Toyota dealer advertising), and destination charges. I don't presently reside in California, so it d questions that I had about MSRP vs invoice, TDA (Toyota dealer advertising), and destination charges. I don't presently reside in California, so it doesn't sound like I'd be able to pick up a vehicle there, but he was more than willing to help me navigate a deal I've been working in Utah, where I live (and where I would register the vehicle). Simply based off the 10 or 15 minutes we spent on the phone, you can be sure that I'll sing his praises and refer all of my Californian friends to Lagos. You guys rock! More
