Jimmy R. was my sales guy, and I swear he could sell a car to someone who walked in looking for a sandwich. Super genuine and friendly, zero pressure, and somehow made the whole process feel easy when we all know making a car purchase is a huge headache. He actually listened, didn’t try to upsell me into something ridiculous, and kept things moving quickly without all the awkward waiting around.
Then there’s Julio R., the customer service director.. Honesty, I don’t know if he’s aware he’s hilarious or if it’s just a natural gift. The man had us laughing while explaining things that are normally about as exciting as watching paint dry. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel taken care of while also wondering if you just made a new best friend.
Between Jimmy keeping it real and Julio keeping it entertaining, I left with a car AND a better mood than I walked in with, which feels illegal in the car buying world! If you’re going to buy a car, these are your people!
