He was so professional, so calm and ZERO pressure sales. I too was in the market for a new Chevy Equinox or Traverse. Jimmy was so kind and took all the time we needed to answer questions and show us options. My son purchased his Spark and a week later I was back test driving the Equinox. After a few days of a bit back and forth with Jimmy via my text messages and emails of questions and inquiring about other makes and models, Jimmy was continually patient with me and 100% attentive with not an ounce of pressure to buy!!! Most people shy away from buying a new car because of the high pressure sales and the never ending barrage of sales pitches. At Rio Vista and with Jimmy it was soooo easy and sooo stress free it made it the most easy, most painless transaction ever!!! I fell in love with the LT 2.0 Equinox and I drove off the lot with one! It’s typical to be on the defense any time we are at a dealership, but the team at Rio Vista treated us with complete transparency and honesty to get us the best possible deal on our car, including extra features added and an educator discount that I didn’t even know existed. We were so pleased with our experience that we came back the next day with my mother-in-law and traded in our Silverado for a Jeep for her birthday gift. Most of the sales group have been there for at least the 13 years that I have purchased from them. That says a lot about the Dealership and its owners.
