The buying process was great. No pressure sales which was nice. The process sort of fell apart in the Finance dept the second day. I came with my ore approval from Fairwinds so I had no idea it was "incorrect" paperwork. Eventually he calmed down but his attitude was the reason for the slightly lowered score. More
