I had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever dealt with at a Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer in Leesburg. When I traded in my vehicle, I was clearly told the payoff would be handled within 10 days. Tha dealt with at a Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealer in Leesburg. When I traded in my vehicle, I was clearly told the payoff would be handled within 10 days. That didn’t happen. It’s now been well over that timeframe, and the loan is STILL not paid off. In the meantime, I’ve been stuck dealing with late fees and constant harassing calls from the lender on my previous vehicle — something that should have never been my problem after the trade-in was completed. I upheld my end of the deal immediately, but the dealership has completely dropped the ball on theirs. Trying to get answers has been a joke. I’ve been given the runaround, vague responses, and zero accountability. No urgency, no communication, no resolution — just excuses while my credit and peace of mind take the hit. This is not just bad customer service — it’s irresponsible business practice. When a dealership promises to pay off a trade-in, that’s not optional or “when we get around to it.” It directly affects someone’s financial standing. If you’re considering doing business here, think twice. Make sure EVERYTHING is in writing, follow up constantly, and don’t assume they’ll handle anything in a timely or professional manner. I regret trusting them with this transaction, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great service at the beginning, later after the sale, rep Matthew a newby on the bussiness I believe, following his manager Charles? quick to approve my loan, fast diligent, good thing, he worked fast to ap Matthew a newby on the bussiness I believe, following his manager Charles? quick to approve my loan, fast diligent, good thing, he worked fast to approve, but as of today 03/28/2026 since last wedensday 03/25/2026 the post-day of my purchase, I was just inquiring since the 24th when we closed in this deal, for the second key (it was night time and Rep Matthew said he could not get into the place where the keys were) that comes with the car I bought from this dealer, as well as they promised to do a transmission fluid service and he promised to call me to schedule the service, and am still here waiting, is that right? and the second car key? as mentioned prior, and that is not into the carmarx report(transmission fluid), as well as they promised that I will have service for life of the car if something happens to the engine or coolant, which caught me there, I asked to be this in writtting and I never received it, and the worst !!!!! is the customer services follow up, even I kept texting to the rep Matthew, whom never replied back, very rude of his part, that this morning I sent the last text telling him how bad it looks for the future references, nothing else but to please! please! be aware of these dealerships, specially at this time where sales are tough, because of the country's economy and current situation, customer service should exceed customer's expectations to later receive refferals, and I was not asking for anything out of their scoop, dont get me wrong, just the right things promised verbally,I am old fashion, that still believes on the word, but still asked in writing, all which are huge important in sales, unfortunately is a loss from me and my extended network, because is not just the sales rep is the entire company that he represents. I drove fewer than 3,000 miles, and the first payment is due at the end of the month. Not a whole month, driving the car. I was told it was water-tested for leaks and passed. They're not in my car when it's raining. That test is inadequate. This experience has upset me, and I don't want this car. I'm not paying for a car that leaks each time it rains. I put a lot into this vehicle. More

I fell in love with his selection and followed through with the purchase. The trade in process for my current vehicle was simple and they gave me a great trade-in value. Financing was a breeze, they had me in and out of the dealership in my new Jeep in less than 3 hours. I will 10000% recommend family and friends to CDJR for their vehicle needs. More
