I had my 2021 Corvette in for an oil change. The service department washed my car but did not dry it off. I talked to someone at the service desk, a man and told him I was concerned about the car not being dried off with a towel. He told me that it is their policy to let it dry itself and that there would be no water spots. I was not happy with his answer and when I paid my bill at Sydney Jarvis position I mentioned my wet car concerns to her. She said I will take care of it and went out with towels and dried my Corvette off herself by hand. I was very impressed with her attitude and pleasing manner. I told her thankyou very much and said "you are the best" More
