We drove up to the Garage door and someone came right out to meet us! The lady asked us to pull in the garage behind another car and leave the keys in the car. We were told to go into the office and register to meet us! The lady asked us to pull in the garage behind another car and leave the keys in the car. We were told to go into the office and register our car and explain what needed to be done. After that we were instructed to go to the comfortable waiting room and wait. There we enjoyed talking with people, reading , and having a cup of coffee. When our car was finished a gentleman came to get us and escorted us to the door lady, who escorted us to our car, helped us in and off we went. Well done by everyone! More

Overall, every person I interacted with at the service center was not personable, all the way from booking my appointment to dropping my car off to picking it up. Very polite staff, very organized getting you in and out for service but about a month when we went in for an oil change and recall, we told them a tire kept getting low. They didn't find anything. It went for service but about a month when we went in for an oil change and recall, we told them a tire kept getting low. They didn't find anything. It went flat yesterday. We pumped it up and drove to the dealer. Maybe rim leak? Maybe valve? We feel they should have replaced the tire since we told them about it a month ago. They said since we drove on it, they couldn't do anything for us. My patents are in their 90s and we live over an hour away. More
