I’ve been here many times with wonderful experiences other than this time. No one acknowledged I drove up or even attempted to help me (I went through the service area not the main front doors). I had to ask for help for which I was passed off to someone else who was also “busy” as they all apparently were. I believe some were actually busy but others just talking (especially the 2 sitting outside who watched me drive up) I was not greeted when I dropped off or picked up my car until minutes after standing there. I also wasn’t offered the discounted oil change until I said I was going somewhere else, because $99 for an oil change is ridiculous. This place was no longer as friendly as it was previously and I’ve bought 2 cars here, sold 1 car here, and been here many times over the last 5-6 years for other services with better experiences than this. Also the idea to take away the play room area made this place even less worth going it. It was inclusive to give the play area for families buying vehicles who needed that space to keep children from bothering other customers or while getting their vehicle serviced, not everyone can leave. You can tell how bad this place is going down. All this place seems to care about now is money and not being friendly of any form. More

Then they said it was optional, if it truly was optional why don’t they let you choose and educate yourself on it, instead it is brought up there minutes before signing, fake phony warranty that just blew the whole experience … suddenly I was the sucker who trusted them to advise More

As soon as you pull up to the service center you are well greeted by ms. Jaqueline and it only gets better from there.
