I arrived early but was still there for four hours. I had prepaid for an oil change and tire rotation, but apparently an alignment was not included in the price of the tire rotation. I needed a headlight replaced and it cost triple digits for the replacement. I left feeling ripped off. The sales woman was nice and kept me updated. She was very nice, but the numbers don't make sense to me. In conclusion: took too long and prices were absurd, but the customer service was pleasant. More
