I recently had a recall notice on my vehicle, so I called and booked a time to drop it off. The receptionist was helpful and could see there was a recall tied to my vehicle, and offered me a loaner after say and booked a time to drop it off. The receptionist was helpful and could see there was a recall tied to my vehicle, and offered me a loaner after saying the software update could take a couple to several hours. The day of, I dropped my car off in the morning and when I was told I had a loaner coming to me, I asked if they could give a better time estimate on the completion of the software update that was needed. I was told it can vary, and it was better to take the loaner in case it takes longer than expected. I explained that I had plans in the afternoon and evening, and might not be able to get back in time to pick up the car before close of business. They assured me that was no issue and I could return at my leisure the next day, which I did. I received an update with my car on the lift, software update complete, inspection done, and nothing due. Very easy to recommend Audi Shrewsbury. More

Audi of Shrewsbury has been nothing but professional, and easy to deal with. David Tang was especially helpful when we experienced a mechanical issue with our vehicle. I have come to really appreciate the Audi dealership in Shrewsbury. I bought my car there and have it serviced there as well. My last visit was seamless, I knew ahead of time what to expect. I had to take Shrewsbury. I bought my car there and have it serviced there as well. My last visit was seamless, I knew ahead of time what to expect. I had to take a work call while I was waiting and was shown a nice private place. My only complaint is the AC is up too high! But that may also be me :-) highly recommend the dealership. More

My only complaint (and I don’t blame them, this is more of an Audi complaint), my vehicle is new, 6k miles, the battery was dead- I feel like with the new car, this battery should have been replaced without hesitation, versus waiting for it to die or have issues again. I don’t fault the dealer at all. This issue was quickly diagnosed & resolved. I’m grateful for the communication. Very kind customer service. More
