Excellence in Customer Service We were in the market for a good used F150. My husband's co-worker told him we should check out Jerry Hunt Superstore. (He had recently bought a truc We were in the market for a good used F150. My husband's co-worker told him we should check out Jerry Hunt Superstore. (He had recently bought a truck from them.) I went online, found what we were looking for, and used their online chat to set up an appointment. When I got to the dealership, I was introduced to Tommy Shaw...he already had the truck pulled up front for me to look at it! We chatted about the features, and he showed me the CarFax report. He was knowledgeable about the truck & answered all my questions! Since my husband was unable to get to the dealership because of work, Tommy offered to let me drive the truck to where my husband was (30 minutes away). When I got back to the dealership, it was about 15 minutes til time for them to close, bur Tommy didn't hesitate to spend some time going over numbers, and working out a PERFECT deal! Long story made short, in less than 24 hours after finding the right truck for us, we were driving off the lot in our 'new to us' 2011 Ford F150 !! Thanks to Jodi in internet sales for setting the appointment and introducing me to Tommy! Special thanks to Ally in finance for her thorough & speedy deal closing!
