LOVE JODIE I have always had a great experience at LOVE HONDA. I drive out of my way just to use this service but it is well worth the drive. I TRUST JODIE an I have always had a great experience at LOVE HONDA. I drive out of my way just to use this service but it is well worth the drive. I TRUST JODIE and to me that is super important. She always does her very best to make sure I am completely satisfied. She explains things to me respectfully. My experience with the customer service she gives has been nothing but superb. Jodie also works me in as it is sometimes hard to book an appointment with my job. ALSO, they try to work with me when it comes to the cost. I know it is said dealerships are far more expensive but they do stand behind their work and that is important. I appreciate Mike as well. He takes the time to be hands on if needed and has taken me out in my car to listen to the problems, etc. I am a happy customer :) More
