Lisa was very unprofessional. Trey and everything else were awesome! Lisa was rude, unprofessional and even in polite. She didn’t wear a mask and she almost made a great sale go bad. Buying from this dealership has been a nightmare from the beginning! There are so many reasons that I had such an awful experience. If I were to explain all of those reasons it would be a list a mile long. T beginning! There are so many reasons that I had such an awful experience. If I were to explain all of those reasons it would be a list a mile long. Therefore I am not going to list all of them. I would not advise my enemies to buy from Hendrick. So if you do choose to purchase an automobile from these people and you have a terrible experience like I’ve had, you can’t say that you were not warned. Find any other dealership instead of this one and you will be much better off!!! More
