Always go to Courtesy Nissan for work on my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. They always get my work done at the promised time. Much better service than the Mckinney location. My car 2011 Murano. First time check got code P101.replace MAF sensor. Charge $1025. Two weeks later runs 155 miles same problem same code coming.they checked said vacuu First time check got code P101.replace MAF sensor. Charge $1025. Service department did not check car for safety. Brakes were faulty and a big liability for dealer. My son could have died if the brakes did not work properly. Had an appointment for transmission fluid change, arrived with my daughter (her juke) to meet a very rude service advisor. After asking “while they are changing the fluid, could they check to make sure the t with my daughter (her juke) to meet a very rude service advisor. After asking “while they are changing the fluid, could they check to make sure the transmission isn’t leaking” as I had seen some oil under the car. He then insisted that I needed to pay $190 to check that before they would even change the fluid. Turned out to be a leaking cv boot that I was quoted over a thousand to repair ( I did the repair in an hour at home for $200. I understand they work on commission and now realize it is at my expense, but that’s just bad business. I will post your terrible behavior and warn everybody I can about your practices. I left spending $460 to have fluid changed! More
