Angelo was our main sales man, and was very honest and just the right amount of aggressive to not turn us off. I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger on July 10. Joe Alfano worked with me to come up with a deal that was agreeable to both parties. On Sept 7 I had an accident that totaled out that vehicle. I was introduced to Joe Chismar who worked very hard with me to come up with my being able to purchase another vehicle. He posted on Facebook that despite the storm that hit our area on Friday, the dealership was open for business. Prior to this I'd been reading up on Hondas and other cars. I hadn't really considered any brands offered at your dealership. I sent Joe a short message to tell him what I needed. He responded quickly saying to come on over -- he had a few things in mind. After looking over what you had I started to get overwhelmed. Joe was great. He'd listened to what I'd initially said regarding capacity and cost, and helped me narrow down my search. He literally pointed me right at the perfect SUV -- he even got the color I wanted. Joe took a process that I normally dread and turned it into a no-brainer by taking all the stress right out of it for me. Tom was great, too. My credit isn't the best. He not only got financing for me, but went back for a 2nd round and managed to get me a lower rate. I've always loved Joe because he's even as kids, he's known how to be a good friend -- evidently he knows how to be a great salesman, too. I will recommend your dealership, particularly Joe and Tom, to anyone whom I hear is in the market for a car. I'm still in shock over what an easy experience it was! More
