Joe was very helpful in finding the truck I wanted and making a dealer trade to get it for me. I was offered a very fair trade in price. We worked out a deal anyway but he didn't offer to try to make it right until I was ready to walk away from the deal. I'm not sure he understood how close he was to losing my business. It just felt like the same bait and switch that has happened to me before. I hate having to do the song and dance but in the end he stepped up and we came to an agreement. Bridget in the financing department was awesome to work with! Thorough with the additional offers but not pushy at all. More
