Purchase process was very smooth. The reason for only 3 stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I called and spoke to Joe about the tire and he said I just needed to talk to the serv stars is due to having a problem with a tire and other issue. I called and spoke to Joe about the tire and he said I just needed to talk to the service dept. When I said ok he hung up on me rather than transfer me so I had to call back. I also could not use the Uconnect system because it was still in the prior owners name. I called about that right away too and was told they would get back to me. It’s been at least a couple weeks and I have still not been called about it. Makes me feel like all they care about is making the sale. More
