Great Buying Experience Working with Joe and Hudson CDJR was a great experience. Overall the process was fine. We live local to the dealership, so that made it a great choice for future major maintenance or repair items I wouldn’t be able to complete myself. We inquired regarding dealership, so that made it a great choice for future major maintenance or repair items I wouldn’t be able to complete myself. We inquired regarding a new Family van with their online sales rep. we arrived and looked over the van. We decided to check out some of the used Caravan GT/SXT vans. I test drove a few and thoroughly checked each out . During this process our sales rep showed frustration and seemed irritated we want to look at differing models and make sure we were buying the correct van for our family. In the end we did buy the 2019 Dodge Caravan GT as we liked all the features And reliability this model had. (19k miles, Certified 100k PT warranty, and remainder 36k BB warranty. Ultimately we’ve had this van about 2 months and we’ve enjoyed it locally and on trips. We also enjoyed the service dept being prompt to fix a rope light issue on the ceiling. I’ve pitched many vehicles from Hudson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge over the years. I’ll definitely continue to buy from Luther Family of Dealership’s. Have also purchased from Luther Volkswagen a couple times. Word to the wise, I’m very successful in sales. Nothing bothers customers more than being rushed or made to feel they are a bother to the rep that’s suppose to help them. More

I have Bumper to Bumper Lifetime warranty and they often make it difficult to utilize Their staff have left off hubcaps bolt covers and would not honor a battery warranty after placing a faulty battery th make it difficult to utilize Their staff have left off hubcaps bolt covers and would not honor a battery warranty after placing a faulty battery that 6 months later I needed a tow to another dealership that charged me over 300 to fix a faulty corroded battery wire plus a 170 tow in a snow storm so not good Rarely does the mgt check or care if I'm happy w Dealership or want to buy a vehicle there if you cant do basic stuff correctly then why would I spend money on s new vehicle at a place that is adequate I'm still w azz biting for someone to call me back about hono RH ing the battery warranty on the faulty battery they put in 6 months ago its tiresome calling them and trying to get reimbursed or warranties Honored It has not been a reason to buy GM in the future More
