Why make an appointment? I had an appointment scheduled for service at 0915 hours on Friday, 17 April. I arrived at 0900 hours to drop off my truck for this appointment. I stayed in town with arrends to run figuring a couple of hours to get the work done on my truck. At about 1230 hours I returned to the service desk and asked how much longer my truck was going to be. I was informed at that time that the work on my truck had not been started yet and should be done in about 1.5 hours. This is totally unacceptable. If I had an appointment and the work was only going to take about 1.5 hours my truck should have been done. More
