Service Experience No problems at all with my recent visit. Just a small comment though... I spent many years with GMC. It was a difficult decision for me to movin No problems at all with my recent visit. Just a small comment though... I spent many years with GMC. It was a difficult decision for me to moving over to Ford. While with GMC, all of my service had been performed by Scranton Motors. I truly loved their service. The one thing I enjoyed the most was the washing of my vehicle. Every time I went for service and when the service was complete, Scranton motors would bring my vehicle around and the vehicle had been washed. I enjoyed that part the service the most. Scanton Motors knew that whenever one of their vehicles left the lot clean and shinny it was truly a reflection on them. What a great idea. It not only made me feel good but when I drove down the road everyone one would check out the newly washed shinny vehicle. So, whatever little it cost to wash my vehicle was well worth the effort. More
