I really don't know where to begin. We brought in our 2015 Hyundai hybrid for service and drove out with a new car. This is the second Hyundai we have purchased from D'Arcy. We would urge anyone, even if 2015 Hyundai hybrid for service and drove out with a new car. This is the second Hyundai we have purchased from D'Arcy. We would urge anyone, even if you have to drive a little like we do - about 28 miles- for the best service, deals, friendliness, and overall caring for their customers! Our salesperson was Joe Blumhardt. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained every add-on known to man. No, we did not take all of them, only one. We specified a certain vehicle. It was not available.except special order. So...he offered to show us a demo and asked if we minded if it had a few miles on it. Nope. He brought out a white, gorgeous Limited. We bought it! We are so happy with the car! It does everything! And besides, the body style is sleek and sexy! (Very important when you are 80/91) years old!) I would recommend asking for Joe as your salesman if you are inclined to go to D'Arcy in Joliet. He could not have been more helpful! One more thing: Kudos to Jayson Mirabella in the service department. He is over and above helpful! More

Great experience!!! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
