We've had Dishman perform almost all service work since purchasing two vehicles new. They're oK but have never completed the work 100% in the last 6 yrs - on either vehicle. MOST work is done but there's a purchasing two vehicles new. They're oK but have never completed the work 100% in the last 6 yrs - on either vehicle. MOST work is done but there's always something missing (e.g. tire rotation claimed but not done, tire pressure not balanced, KC lights pushed completely out of alignment, oil filter not completely tightened, battery issues misdiagnosed) just always something. Most of the staff is nice enough and they're better than other places we've tried but seems like standard maintenance would be a slam dunk. Received excellent sales support from Tony More

I have been to third location multiple times for battery issues on a new vehicle covered by warranty. They have failed to fix the issue each time. Last time I went wa 2 weeks ago and again my new car had issues on a new vehicle covered by warranty. They have failed to fix the issue each time. Last time I went wa 2 weeks ago and again my new car had to be jumped twice since the visit. They should just fix the issue or provide a new battery. Not very pleased with the service center. More

I continually have problems with Dishman on the quality of service. On my last oil change, they had tighten the oil filter so tight the Jiffy Lube people could not remove it, and they (Dishman) had strippe of service. On my last oil change, they had tighten the oil filter so tight the Jiffy Lube people could not remove it, and they (Dishman) had stripped the bolts from the air filter. They also broke off the plastic cover panel on the bottom of the jeep where you get access to the oil filter. I brought the jeep back in so they could change the oil filter and it took them 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. They would not replace the plastic cover they broke for free as they had said it had been too long, but at the time of the first oil change when I told them about it I was told just to wait till my next oil change. I did appreciate they gave me a free oil change due to the long, wait time but all of this drama could have been avoided if they had done it right the first time. I will also give them a credit for being polite. The only reason I go to Jiffy Lube now is because they can do the oil change in 15 minutes. More
