We brought our truck in with a previously diagnosed issue that our local mechanic could not take care of because it had to do with the computer speaking to a new part. We were told they needed to diagnose fo that our local mechanic could not take care of because it had to do with the computer speaking to a new part. We were told they needed to diagnose for themselves...fine...but before they could do that they charged us and additional 500..."to further investigate". When we FINALLY got information we were told our engine was needing replaced, a new battery and a bunch of other things. NONE of it was addressing our original issue. For obvious reasons my husband was quite upset and we insisted they just take care of the problem we brought it in for and that the rest of the problems would be addressed after that. SURPRISE!!!! We have had NO ISSUES...NONE....ZILCH. Our engine has had no issues, battery is starting, truck is running fine. We paid 825 for something that should have stopped at around 200...at MOST! But we did NOT pay the $20,000 job they WANTED to scare us into doing More
