My vehicle, on 3 occasions now for EV recalls, was given back to me with trash inside, seat settings greatly moved, oil change settings not reset, fingerprint smudgers all over the infotainment screen, and back to me with trash inside, seat settings greatly moved, oil change settings not reset, fingerprint smudgers all over the infotainment screen, and EV charging left on empty. Super underwhelmed. More

I really appreciated the assistance in the service department and the ongoing communication. I ended up spending the entire day at Dishman, but it was due to circumstances outside of the control of th department and the ongoing communication. My current rating regarding the recall issue (68C, Jeep Wrangler 4xe) is very good, as everything currently seems to be operating as expected. My current rating on the death wobble issue (also on the Jeep Wrangler 4xe) is also very good. This will be the second time that work has been done with the steering stabilizer; however, the first work was done at another dealership (not a Jeep dealership, but the dealership where the vehicle was purchased), which did not remedy the problem, as the death wobble returned within a month and one-half of the other dealership's attempt to fix it. My hope is, of course, that this finally resolves the death wobble issue. I am grateful for the work done at Dishman Dodge, as I have purchased other vehicles there and also have had past work done on the five Jeeps that I have owned or currently own. Thank you! More
