AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From start to finish, I was treated like absolute gold. Every single person involved in my sale did an outstanding job. Mr. Vanderberg spent a good 20 minutes going over all the perks my new Jeep comes with. He helped me set up my Bluetooth, walked me through my driver-preferences profile, and answered every single question I had, there were a lot! Curtis was fantastic. He took extra time to explain the extended warranty options and even customized different coverage levels so I could see how changes would affect the payment. Something I really appreciated, he noticed I was left-handed and asked if I needed the screen tilted to make signing easier. That level of attention means a lot. David Ernst jumped in to help finish the signing portion for my husband, who was running late. As soon as Curtis finished with another customer, he came in to confirm everything was signed and good to go. Thank you to Courtney for getting the whole process started, and a big shout-out to the detail team for making my Jeep look amazing one last time before delivery. Amazing experience. The salesman and management team that run this place are bar nun The worst I have ever run across. They pulled me all the way in from Montana a 5 1/2 hour drive and told me that there was no damage whatsoev bar nun The worst I have ever run across. They pulled me all the way in from Montana a 5 1/2 hour drive and told me that there was no damage whatsoever to this vehicle that it was brand new within the first two minutes of looking at this car the wheel wells have been scraped and the passenger side Front fender door and rear door have been painted, and there was a chunk missing out of the grill. I seen all this within the first two minutes, and the salesman swore up and down to God that he did not see it liars. I asked to talk to the salesman manager. He just looked at me like I was annoying. Go back home to Montana, so I asked to talk to his boss and his boss didn’t even come out of the office said he was too busy and there was an oil leak on the motor on the very bottom of the motor 95% of people would not have caught that swore up and down to God that he did not know about it liars like I said the worst dealership in 50 years that I have ever in my life been bamboozled by More
