On top of the issues I previously reported, my air conditioning is not blowing cold air even though I was charged for checking the unit for leaks and for checking the coolant itself. Very disappointing. I feel that the process of checking everything is just a mundane process with actual little attention to the details.

Follow up, after a few months after posting this public review the dealerships manager Dale did reach out personally and eventually refunded my money for the tint job that they were unable to compete and the apology felt sincere. I still cannot vouch for any of the terrible people mentioned in this review but the manager is at least a decent person.
