I reported a problem within 12 hours of purchasing a used vehicle. The person I spoke to said to write an email to the salesman. I did, and got zero response. I took said vehicle to another Chevrolet dealer vehicle. The person I spoke to said to write an email to the salesman. I did, and got zero response. I took said vehicle to another Chevrolet dealer and it was repaired at a cost of over $3,000. I contacted Stingray to let them know, found out that their email system wasn’t properly forwarding outside emails. I provided a copy of my original email stating the issue with the vehicle.They basically said “too bad, but we’ll give you a free oil change and a $100 gift card.” I will never use this dealership or recommend them to anyone, ever again! More

Just traded my 19 Chevy Silverado in the trade you guys had to swap running boards that you had put on my 19 Silverado to my 22 Silverado and in the meantime one of the front pad on the passenger side runn had to swap running boards that you had put on my 19 Silverado to my 22 Silverado and in the meantime one of the front pad on the passenger side running board got cracked at the end at the end service manager there said no this is not warranty and he would not cover anything anything so I had to buy the new pad at $60 not real happy with that More
