Awful customer service! Service representative was not friendly when I dropped the car off at 8:30am the morning. I explained that it might be possible for me to return the loaner and retrieve my car around lunch and I was told the car off at 8:30am the morning. I explained that it might be possible for me to return the loaner and retrieve my car around lunch and I was told that the service would take around an hour. I asked to please give me a call when the car was complete. I did not receive a call until 4:15pm. I have been an Infiniti lessee since 2015 - this is my third Q50. I have had nothing but 5 star experiences with both sales and service with Infiniti of Fort Myers (FL) and Holman Infiniti (NJ). I did not feel like a valued Infiniti customer, as I always have in the past. More
