This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Carfagno dealership. It was very easy to build relationships with the salespeople and service people. I am on a first name basis with every Carfagno Carfagno dealership. It was very easy to build relationships with the salespeople and service people. I am on a first name basis with every Carfagno team member that works with me and I have all their cell phone numbers as contacts in my cell phone for easy contact. The sales people associated with my purchases are people that I consider more my friends than salesmen. I never felt pressured to make a purchase decision, rather I felt comfortable discussing all avenues when negotiating vehicle preferences and price. The sales people allow me to "shop" without pressure to buy whenever new products are available. They have no problem spending hours negotiating over extended periods of time. My salesman went out of his way to find the specific vehicle I wanted, which had very limited availability, and was able to reach my price. I fully recommend this dealership. I get all my service work done at Carfagno and I plan on making future vehicle purchases here as well. More

Had gas cap replaced to pass inspection, new cap failed less than 4,000 miles later, but after parts warranty of 12 months. Joe seemed more than willing to work with me to resolve this problem.
